It was a great pleasure to work with Arzu when she was leading Teknosa Academy. Her stance was always very energetic and ethical and she strikes a wonderful balance between professionalism and sympathetic interaction. Arzu joined Turkey’s first network marketing operation Oriflame during its early start-up phase and became country’s first Training Specialist in this industry, reporting directly to me. In a short while she excelled at her position, and got two well-deserved promotions. Her upward career path till now is definitely not a coincidence.
